******** company? No means to contact them. Unauthorised deductions

This company have been deducting R 45 from my bank account on a monthly basis. When you try to contact them on ***and ***, you only receive a standard reply that your query will be dealt with. I have no idea who they are and what they do? How did they get my details? The "persons" replying is Serina Govender and Shaakirah Mansoor...but as said...the same generic reply. Nothing else. They never reply or contact you after this. Tried to phone them, they never have agents available and you can only leave a message. When you go onto the web...you can only speak to a bot.
