Worst insurance
If I could give this company a -10 rating for their service, I absolutely would.
I submitted a claim within 30 days of my device malfunctioning. They provided forms and requested my documents, which I promptly submitted.
It has now been over a month, and the Huawei service centre is still waiting for authorization in order to proceed with the repair. I was told the matter would be escalated more than a week ago, yet there has been no response.
If you are considering insuring your device, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this company.
