VERY BAD SERVICE

I have a contract with Techsured insured that I took in January 2023. When I first took the policy the premium was R89 and it had increased to R113 and increased it again to R122. March 2025 I lost my phone while doing shopping. I reported the loss to the police station and sent them all the required documents but after 3 weeks of submitting my claim, they responded by saying my claim was unsuccessful because there was no force. It was never stated in the contract that they will pay only if the phone was taken by force. Techsured is ****ming us of our hard earned money and I will not take this lying down, I will escalate the matter with the Ombudsman.
