They do not approve valid claims

In March2024 they replaced my lost phone with a 1 year old phone, 8 months later the phone gives battery problems, I lodged a claim because they phone fell and got damaged.

This insurance refuse to repair my phone claiming that I had put a **** battery, **** phone back cover, etc forgetting they are the ones who gave me the **** phone.

The technical report was flawed with a lot of errors to show how desperate they are to reject the claim. It’s so embarrassing that they are now sitting with evidence on their table and still keeping quiet.

Even the complaints department is quite, Sinawo the claim assessor is nowhere to be found also.

They are taking advantage because I’m a woman. I will not leave this hanging, and definitely taking this to twitter and insurance ombudsman.
