Terrible **** of a company

The worst service from Sinazo Siguba. My phone got water damaged, they collected the phone and told me they had approved the claim and that they will be replacing the phone with a new one. I aid R1269 as excess on the 13th December. Until today I haven’t received any phone. Everyday I call and never get feedback from Sinawo Siguba who was handling my claim. I get sent from pillar to post. Being told my claim has gone back for assessment yet they even confirmed on emails that they received my claim. Thought I would also insure my other phone with them but it turns out they are just ****mers with zero regard for their customers after taking my phone and money
