Terrible customer service.
Policy number *** I tried calling the call centre, the call dropped multiple times and after being on hold for over 10 minutes the call drops again. I call back and the automated voice says that they are closed… it’s 12 o’clock on a Friday afternoon. I’d like to cancel my policy since they overcharged me and I’ve taken out a policy elsewhere but they are making it extremely difficult.
