Techsured or Viva or Ignition I want what belongs to my mother

I called a company called Viva and its linked to Techsured and Ignition. My mother had her phone insured with the company. Our house burnt down in April 2020

I called these people and told.them that my mother couldn't speak and they kept on wanting to speak to her My mother was in ICU because she was badly injured Then my mother finally gave them the go ahead for this and said the could speak to my father My mother passed away on the 14/5/2020 waiting for her claim to be approved I spoke to Given Given and Bekezela. I explained to these people that my parents were in hospital. In pain My father passed away 18/06/2020 They kept on asking that I get Executorship and I did that but ever since I sent it I cannot reach the call centre The claim was never approved They ****** me of my mom's phone
