Techsured ****med me

Bad service I received from this company. I have been paying for cellphone insurance since December 2024. Now I lost my phone I was told it won't be replaced cause there was no force in the disappearing of the cell phone. I even had to to many calls to follow up. My case was handled by consultant by the name of Clearence Mukwevhu. He was not professional from the very first time I made a claim. The rather pay me back the money I paid all these months cause clearly I got ****med. The way they are so unprofessional I only received the insurance policy today after I they told me they won't replace my phone. I'm so angry at the company. People beware of them.
