Techsured is a company of *****STARS

This is the worst insurance, i believe they are ***** stars. I insured my phone and they rejected my claim based on the fact that my device was under an upgraded contract initiated in April 2024 but only finalized in July 2024 when i received the device. They say my device is old and therefore is excluded by their three months waiting period???? How is this possible??? They insure devices and have nothing to do with the contract. Even so, the contract was not completed or finalized in April as i had a device at the time and was not certain that i needed another. The contract only got upgraded in july 2024 after when i actually needed a device and yet the claim has been repudated. Mind you, when i asked about this period before i took the insurance the consultant ensured me that my device would be covered. I will make sure that i write about them in all platforms, *******!!!
