Techsured insurance company are ****mers.

Techsured insurance company phoned me and offered to insure my cellphone of which I agreed and upon loosing my phone as per our agreement and deducted my money they refused my claim.

And on top of that they sent me another document where they alleged that I have taken another insurance with them and they will deduct more money than before. I tried to contact them as to find out what is this new contract for because I have lost my phone and they refused to pay and now they claim that I have taken another insurance.

I'm really disappointed with them and all the lies , they are really misleading the public with their non commitment promises and I'm here to warn other people to be cautious about this insurance company. They don't keep their promises.

What I what to know from them right now is that why they said I have joined another policy on the 14 October 2024 which I didn't do. And why they refused to pay my claim as they were deducting my money every month.

Besides all the emails I sent them and contacting them telephonically they don't respond
