Absolute worst service ever. I lost my cellphone while I was on my way to work. I put in a claim with Techsured and it took them a week to get back to me, only to inform me that my claim was rejected. Reason being is that there was no force or threat involved when the incident took place. This was definitely not mentioned when I first took out my policy with them.
