I submitted a claim on 6 May 2025. To date the claim has still not been sorted. When I called the agent tells me that they are extremely busy . Yet when they want to sell you a service then they are definitely not too busy. My claim has been with the assessor for 3 days already. Their service is pathetic and slow. I would not recommend this company.
