**** SERVICE BAD ALL ROUND I STILL GAVE THEM A SECOND

I am so ****ed for the second time of the year with Techsure/Viva cover I even swore in the beginning of the year I was ****** cell phone stole they came with stories not to pay me and now other phone ****** claim approved they say cover is R800 good and well its fine and the excess is R420 is that not day light robbing and the client has a nerve to tell me they will take the R420 and pay the remaining money out to me which is R380 and where do you get a cell phone for 380 there is so many places they can can even if the phone is R1500 i dont mind to pay the extra I know vodacom helps their clients in this manner than wats the use of having insurance ALL ROUND I STILL GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE
