Pathetic insurance
I bought my cellphone from a person who sells phones who doesn’t have a physical store, one of those people you find on Facebook and WhatsApp, very reputable in my area. Now im on claim stages, im told the phone wasn’t purchased from a reputable store therefore they can not process my claim, what sort of bull**** is that? I wouldn’t advice anyone to use techsured. They full of ****, after waiting for so long im getting this ****, yet I’ve never missed any payment on their premiums
