Insurance Service Pathetic Good day I called exactly a month ago and till date my phone has not been collected . No feedback No update ,but my account is been debited .
Can this be threated as urgency like when you debit my account and dont have hesitation in doing so
I AM PAYING WITH NO FAIL.
I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP OR ILL WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER AND YOU WILL REINBURSE ME FOR ALL MY YEARS I HAVE PAID YOU.
