Insurance meltdown

A very adament insurance agent called me regarding insurance for my laptop. Her selling point was on the fact that I would receive 3G of data loaded to a number of my choice.

Upon trying to access the data I was informed by another firm, hotspotter, that I could only access that data if I were sitting in a coffee shop. I immediately was irate as I was not told that this would be the case.

I then put in a request to cancel the plan, still under the impression that this is all one company linked by different departments. I received confirmation that the plan was cancelled however they were still debiting my account. I emailed and email and finally received an email stating that I would need to call techsured.

Only today have I received a call from a techsured agent stating that they are not one company and that my insurance is still active.

I believe that the sales agent misled me, as she used the 3G data as her best selling point not even the value of the device.
