Huawei Care Nightmare

Huawei Care/Viva cover is the worst insurer. I submitted my claim on the 9th February. I still havent recieved feedback on my claim.I emailed the complaints department, not even one response...When I call & ask to speak to someone higher so I can get a straight answer, the agent refuses & says his the only contact I can speak to, and am very disappointed at how slow the whole process is especially since I cancelled my Telkom insurance to take up Huawei care thinking its better. And what annoys me again is I got an email about my annual price increase which clearly is more important than the claim itself.
