Dissatisfied

Seeing the same reviews regarding claims makes me feel not to go too deep into words as I am also a victim of this ********** behavior of Techsured. I have submitted my claim on the 9th of March and was told that it would take 10-14 working days for the claim to be assessed. Today marks the 20th business day and when I called the company, all they can say is that my claim is still being assessed. I am very disappointed with the poor service they are rendering and how they treat their clients. Everytime you phone them, the operator on the other hand will talk to you with a don't care attitude. In my honest opinion, I don't think this company should ever have existed to lure people into a web of lies. Therefore, in their eyes the innocent people they take their money from are ******s.
