Disappointed with techsure insurance

I had insured my phone with techsure for over a year now, my money is been debited all along with premiums increasing, now i have lost my device i was told that my claim is unsuccessful because i lost my device not forcefully.. I was assisted by the consultant Sizwe Khubeka very unprofessional who informed me telephonically the only thing he said to me is that he can transfer me to cancellation department to cancel the insurance.. I'm so disappointed i regret choosing techsure i will never advise anyone to have business with them.. I want them to pay all my money back i feel so ****** because the only thing they have been doing since i claimed my device is keeping on sending the policy.
