Delayed refund
My policy was cancelled on July the 6th and I called about 2 times to ask why I haven’t received a refund that they had promised I’ll get it after 3-7 business days. Today is July 27th and they are telling me I should still wait the refund wasn’t processed. After calling twice the third time I am told the refund wasn’t processed? Y’all are terrible and you did not do any run around when debiting my account yet refund takes you guys the whole year.
