Claim not approved because techshured does not cover loss or theft according to their policy

Good day Am so so disappointed don't know where to begin this company techshured underwritten by guardrisk have declined my claim in basis of that I lost my phone it was not theft or what so ever the reason may be, my point is why would one pay for insurance if it doesn't cover for loss or theft it really does not make sense but acknowledge the fact that I lost my phone, am writing this to get assistance because I really need that phone for work and school
