claim denied

I am insured with techsured so when l claim for a phone repair on the 14/01/2025 they denied it cause last year l inquired about fixing the phone but l told l cant take it cause l don't have a phone to use then how did they close the claim l don't know now they want proof that the phone was never fixed and where will l get that proof they say l have forfeited my benefits for fixing the phone why did l pay all these years and not get help
