Cancelation nightmare
I wanted to cancel my insurance premium with them and they are saying that even though it is cancelled they will still debit me as the cancelation policy is 30 days' notice which was never communicated to me and not even on my policy document. Of which Sandra just dropped the call on me while I was trying to explain I want my contract cancelled
