The worst insurance ever in South Africa! Techsured/Viva Cover is a ponzi ****. They repudiated my damage claim on my TV and their excuse was that there was no physical damage to the TV wheres they didn't even see my TV. I sent them a quotation and damage report which clearly states that there was physical damage to the TV as a result of fall from certain height. Even the claim took more than a month and every time I made a follow up I was asked to send documents one after another. They use new clients premiums to pay old claims. They are quick to call and email you if the debit order did not go through but when you claim they avoid you and they are rude after that they create lies and excuses to decline your claim.
