This is really a ****.... over 3 years I've been paying for this company and the 1st time i make a claim as my device screen broke in December till now no feedback and when you phone them they always say wait for the assessor to give you a call, its over 4months now since they collected my device for repair and each day i call they say assessor will call me the matter has been escalated but nothing. I've emailed to the complaints department more then 3times they are no longer replying to my emails Jivashaan Pather was the last person to reply. Today i had to cancel this insurance and they still have my handset with them as I'm tired of paying premiums for nothing.
