Almost a month that I'm still waiting for my claim approval
This is ridiculously the far worst experience I ever had lodged a claim a month ago still didn't pay me out or replace my phone been paying and up to date policy got the phone from a friend that passed on they asked me for proof of purchase which I don't have they asked for affidavit I got 2 that state who I got it from and the person no longer here and then afterwards they ask me to get a death certificate holly Jesus how am I supposed to get it if I don't know where her father is or contact details
