Worst customer service

I place an order last week, all the items I selected shows they do have stock, now it’s almost a week, no communication, my order have not been handed over yet to the courier, so I called today, they told me they did not have stock but why sell stuff that you don’t have stock and why there is no communication I have to literally call to fill up on my order and the lady who answered the phone, it’s something else. Worst customer service my order number :***
