EXCELLENT SERVICE; VALUE FOR MONEY!
Quick; easy and hassle-free Online Purchases. There was a slight problem with Shipping of my Cellphone but I called in and was sooo kindly assisted by a Female Call taker. Poor service and poor communication
I bought a UAG cover from Technomobi, within 6 months the cover started to come apart, struggled to get feedback but eventually the cover was replaced. 4 months later, the cover as again coming apart. I logged it with Technomobi again and they acknowledged and said will get back to me. UAG covers carry a lifetime warranty, but seems their distributors lack the support. For over a month now I have been trying to get an answer with 0 feedback or responses. Very poor customer service, not even answering me.

Great service
After reaching out to get my back glass of my phone fixed up, they sorted me out. No complaints at all. Mbali and Zaria were fantastic. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend anyone looking for phone repairs or phone sales to them :)

Great service from Mbali who advised me to collect my order since i was near the area. I loved the fact that she even offered to wrap the Device since its a birthdaY gift for my partner. She deserves 10/10⭐️ stars for her work ethic and excellent service

I bought a watch last year which I recently had to return for repair under warranty. Mbali's service was quick and warm, the constant communication and updates are appreciated. My watch was then replaced with a brand new one.

Great Personal Care
Great products and a great price. The service I received from Mbali was excellent. Before, during and after sales. Courier took a little longer than expected but I am very happy with my product and service. Very personalized in a world where few care! I am impressed.

Bad customer service
I purchased a Samsung Ultra Watch from Technomobi, which malfunctioned while still under warranty. The watch was replaced with a new unit. However, the replacement watch ALSO malfunctioned. I returned this second watch to Technomobi, expecting it to be repaired or replaced under the same warranty. Technomobi is now refusing to fix or replace the watch, claiming that the warranty only app**** to the original device and not the replacement. This makes absolutely no sense, as the replacement was provided due to a warranty claim in the first place. To make matters worse, Technomobi still has possession of the watch, and a staff member named Donald has completely stopped responding to our emails. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. I feel dismissed as a customer and unfairly treated. I am simply asking for Technomobi to honour the warranty and either repair or replace the faulty watch, or provide a reasonable resolution. At this point, the experience has been incredibly disappointing
