Watch

I ordered a watch from the store after calling them to confirm if they had stock. After I got confirmation that they did have it I ordered. An inquiry was made after a week to hear they were waiting for stock. Two days later I get an email saying they don't have it and whether I will wait until they get it or they will give me a voucher. How does it work? I want my money back because they can't supply the product
