*************: They sell counterfeit products. And it is impossible to return orders

1. They take forever to dispatch orders because "their product are stored in a warehouse" who gives a rats ass? That sounds like operations issue they need to address. 2. They delievered an incomplete order because the "supplier" delivered the wrong product. How are you selling a product that's not in your storage?? 3. They sold me a **** Apple adapter at the same price point as istore and had the audacity to tell me they source from istore and that accessories cannot be verified by their serial numbers! 4. It's been 2 days asking how to return my order and customer service has responded to everything but that. 5. Never buy from this store, *************, unreliable and the biggest *****s.
