The technical team was available on the multiple occasions I called to get info on an item. they even called me back when they missed my call and were knowledgeable and very helpful. Payments was seamless and I received delivery updates throughout. The package was wrapped in gold wrapping paper with a black ribbon and had a personalised thank you note. It felt like dealing with a person instead of a company.
