Terrible device from technomobi

I bought my daughter a tablet of R1800, brand VGKE. Charger did not work at all and the tablet is giving me problems, it does not stay connected to the wifi it states the internet connection is unstable. All of our devices are connected the wifi with no issues. I emailed twice to return the product and nobody gets back. I bought it 3 weeks ago. My daughter has lost interest in this tablet and has reverted back to my cellphone.
