Technomobi Bad Service!

Bad Service!. I bought a cellphone on their website it shows delivery will be done within 2 days. After paying they sent an email indicating 5 days delivery period, after they have shipped the Goods with their Delivery Courier Partner, the was no communication from Courier. on the day I was supposed to receive the Goods the courier company( The Courier Guy) driver didn't call the whole day until 16H54 on the 17th October 2022 that's when I received the call from the Driver, I told him I have already left the delivery address, i asked if is possible if he can deliver at my residential address because is 5km from their warehouse but he refused and promise to deliver on the 18th October 2022 before 10h00am. the agreed time passed and no communication as per agreement. I had to call them because i had to leave until 21st October 2022. The Courier Guy had assigned the new Driver who claims he doesn't know anything about the arrangement I had with the previous driver and the time he called I had already left the office. technomobi does not take any responsibility or apologize about the experience I went through.
