Technomobi - Bad experience

I thought I would try Technomobi lead time 3-5 days free delivery over a certain amount sounded reasonable - 16 days later no feedback - all communication none existent - seems items advertised on website are not in stock and not available - forced to ask for a refund as this has gone on long enough - but have not received any feedback - the crazy spin on this is I am getting spammed by Technomobi daily to purchase there products and one of them is the very product I want. I strongly suggest customers rather use Takealot or Istore as there feedback is transparent and the products they advertise are available - I am not asking for a-lot here.
