Still waiting for my order to be delivered...

Hi Technomobi,

I received call from couriers on 24 November @ 15h16 Tuesday regarding delivering my order. I was not home & told them that I leave mostly my home @ 14h45 to do work etc. I asked them to deliver earlier in the day, but they said it depends on how many parcels they have to deliver. I do not understand, why all courier companies think you have people at your home 24 hours a day. If the courier company had the parcel on the 24th, I should have had the parcel by now... You hear everyday all the courier company's drive like maniacs / speeding to deliver parcels & park infront of gates & hooting for response etc. It will be tomorrow 3 days, so I hope I will receive it tomorrow, otherwise I am not going to be happy.

Today it has been 7 days since my order was placed on 20 Nov 2020 @ 10:22.

Maybe it is time to change couriers... Regards,

Unfortunately we do not have our own courier company to deliver parcels so once the couriers have picked up the parcels it is out of our hands, you can phone them on the following number *** please present your tracking number and what time you will be available, I see that it is onboard the courier vehicle today again, you can also ask them for the driver’s number so you can speak to him directly.
