Still Waiting for Feedback and My Product
I have been going back and forth with customer service for a month... I bought a set of headphones and when it eventually arrived the case was missing. The headphones had to be returned and now Im waiting in Limbo, no communication no headphones.

14 Oct 2023, 19:29An update, after a month of waiting the headphones I returned were eventually found and a replacement was sent.
The replacement was sent to the incorrect address and it was the wrong device all together.
This experience has been horrible hopefully my refund gets processed faster and more accurately..
