Seamless return procedure

There was an issue with one of the products in my order. I called Technomobi to report it and they sent a courier the same day to collect it. By the next day they had received the return and dispatched a replacement. They were highly responsive and communicated via WhatsApp throughout the process. When the replacement arrived I was surprised to see an extra product added in to make up for the initial problem. My experience with having to do a return showed me why it is beneficial to support a business such as this where personal customer attention is assured. Great service and generosity
