Poor service from day 1

I have no idea where all the positive reviews are coming from. My experience with TechniMobi has been a nightmare from the start. I booked and paid for a collect and deliver repair service of a mobile device on the 13th of September 2023. I had to send them three emails begging then to arrange for collection to be done of the device. Once the collection was eventually booked, it took forever for the collection to be done. Last week they finally received the device, and created the delivery shipment a day later on the 29th of September. Today on 3 October, still nothing. While i appreciate that are making uses of a 3rd part to do the collections and deliveries, I have nothing to do with the courier companies. TechniMobi should keep their service providers accountable. I will never support this company ever again, and would advise anyone to think twice before considering them.
