No happy Xmas

On December 15th I ordered a Xmas present for my wife. The site promised delivery within 3 working days. I called the call centre repeatedly from December 21st until the 24th to find out where my package was. I was told it was with the couriers Fastway and was promised that the order would be expedited. It eventually arrived on December 28th - way after Xmas. Shame on Technomobi for using a useless courier that has a Trust Index rating of 1.9 out of 10 and hoards of complaints. It also seemed that once I had paid that Technomobi washed it's hands of ensuring that they met their commitments.
