EXCELLENT after sales Dispute Resolution!

I've recently deleted a very negative review I posted about Technomobi. At the moment of writing the previous review, I was filled with rage and frustration and at the time, rightfully so. However, 24hrs later, I received a call from the Director himself, apologies that I don't remember his name but he was kind enough to apologize for what happened. Let's just say I would rather not disclose what our conversation was about because there would be people out there exploiting your good intentions. So, I would gladly recant my previous one star review to a full five star, just because there are companies out there that take their customers for granted but you surely are not one of them! So thank you for your quick response and thank you to what followed after my conversation with your Director. I will definitely not forget the high level of customer service and quick dispute resolution I received and I am happy to say that I would, without a doubt, recommend you to family and friends. Keep up the good work :)
