DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I chose this company to order a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s 6gb/128gb online due to the good reviews I read on this site. Bad mistake, I called them to enquire whether the unit was still available and confirmation was given that it was in stock, I promptly put in my order and paid for the article and received an email that it will be delivered to me between 2 to 4 working days and an email will be send to me in order to track my order.

needless to say this never happened as I send sms, emails with no avail or feedback, I eventually phoned on the 5th day after non response and was told the unit is not on site and they were waiting for the supplier, my question why was I not informed of this when I ordered the unit or via correspondence, why did I had to call. VERY BAD SERVICE DELIVERY. So sorry I cannot give a negative star.

After 7 days when I contacted them again was informed that they still did not receive the unit and will refund me the amount in 24 Hours. On that note I order the upgrade version the pro from Takealot and immediately could track the unit. Did state will be available for collection between 2 to 4 days, I was in 7th heaven when the unit was delivered to the collection center after 2 days.

I was still waiting for my refund, which did not happen in 24 or 48 hours and when I called Technomobi was informed it can take up to 7 working days, so different from the 24 hours which was mentioned earlier.

WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, and it looks like only a few was lucky with the service they received. I dealt with Zaria, very bad taste in the mouth.
