Bad service and unprofessional

Efficient website but poor service delivery and communication.ordered on Wednesday 02/04/2025 till today order was not dispatched and after calling the next Monday and Tuesday 08/04/2025 it still wasn't dispatched until I asked for order cancelation. Overall not good service and unprofessional unless you want to wait for your items for 2wks by the looks of it.
