Ayanda bad service
I bought a phone in June 2023 phone was delivered. July the device was not able to read sim emailed, called whatsapp........ finally email was answered phone was fetched by internet express on the 25th August. They lost and denied the fetched the device again I had to give them evidence the phone was fetched..... finally on the 15th September internet express called they found device they will take to technomobi. Today I get an email that since the device has a crack I have to pay which I clearly stated when the device was collected it had no track. The service from technomobi is the worst nightmare for me I always by online and this is the my 1st and I pray the last bad online experience
