After I received an automated confirmation, a real person (as opposed to an automated response) had also sent me an email to send me good wishes, thank me for my order and confirm that as soon as it ships you will send me another email to confirm (ending the email asking me to contact you should I have any enquiries and also ending off with a smiley face ) 2. As promised you sent me an email as soon as the order was shipped with the tracking number as well as safety information regarding our current pandemic issues and once again thanking me for purchasing with a smiley face. 3. I then received the package and once open I was quite surprised to find a copy of my invoice in a stunning Thank You note that was hand written directly to me with such warm words (it’s so difficult to find that these days) 4. And an additional gift of a discount for my next order  5. And finally, the gifts were so awe-inspiringly wrapped  (other online stores just send you stuff in a packet)
