Appalling Service from Technomobi

My order was out on delivery for 3 days and was only delivered on the 4th day but till this day I don’t even know who is the flipping recipient of the parcel. I contacted both Technomobi and their courier (Internet Express) that I was not longer interested in receiving the order cause I needed those items urgently , I ended up ordering them from Takealot and it got delivered while waiting for the Technomobi to be deliver. Internet Express and Technomobi are aware that they shouldn’t have delivered that parcel, I told them that I won’t accept the parcel it need to be returned back to the supplier but they are *****/sly they decide to deliver the parcel irregardless of my decision/request. Spoke to Raykie on Friday 21/06/2024 morning and she never got back to me. I’m tired of the run around, I just want my full refund and that’s all.
