Above and beyond in ways I have never seen before!!!

Wow. Just WOW. About a week ago, my phone gave up its ghost. I had a specific device in mind and Technomobi had the device I was looking for. I ordered it and immediately, Technomobi's customer service was on point. I received an email letting me know that my order was processed. After that, I was kept up to date every step of the way. I was told when my order left the warehouse, who the driver was, when it was in transit, what city my order was in and when it would be out for delivery. When the order arrived (only 4 days after I ordered it, which is impressive given that I live in a small rural town) I was handed a huge box. I was terrified that my order might have been mixed up. However, upon opening the box, I saw my phone (wrapped in GIFT WRAPPING!!!) and a small HAND-WRITTEN CARD thanking me for purchasing with Technomobi and.... a COOLER BOX that I won by shopping with them. (I didn't even know I was entered into that!)

Technomobi, you guys have earned yourselves a return-customer!!!
