Absolutely shocking service from this company

This is my last resort to get the message out there, since I've exhausted all other options to get help from Technolutions itself. To cut the story short, this company provides internet service with various options. I signed up for the 5Mbps, 120GB/month-not the service I received. Half the time the internet would not even connect, the other half it was extremely slow. After having written to complain, they wanted me to purchase a wifi booster at my own cost to increase connectivity (which was not mentioned in the initial contract that client would have to do this to fully access their internet). So I got the booster, initially it was ok for a few days but still quite unstable. Recently it has gotten exponentially worse - 4 days 3 weeks ago, 3 days 2 weeks ago and everyday so far this week internet is not usable AT ALL. After having written last week to complain ONCE AGAIN, they said they are working on a new line, which I can sign up for improved internet service, at almost double the price. And while they are drawing new lines, while I am not able to access the internet AT ALL, they still deducted money from my bank account, for what service, I have no idea.
