Techno group COC a big fat joke.

Danger be aware... I am so sick and tired of all the electric surprises I am getting when I get into my house every day. Today I get home and another light incorrectly wired exploded in my home. The Techno group originally did the COC. First I phoned the reception. The person who answered the phone was unpleasant and rude and did not want to help. I am not ever going to phone them again but they send out a technician after my call. Upon arrival, the technician confessed that the wires of the exploding light was wired incorrectly. He then also checked the bathroom light and made up some story that the fitting is old. By tapping the switch the light goes on so it is definitely bad wiring. Tonight I get home and the entire light fitting is lying in pieces on the floor. Exploded. I grabbed my child who is 4 years old and who nearly stepped in the glass and asked her to stay outside after finding my entire hall way and kitchen full of fine glass pieces. Not all the lights had bulbs in them and how do we know it works? The swimming pool wiring is faulty, the light does not work, the main switch goes off on the DB board inside the house and the lights stay on???????? Shame on you Techno group. I am getting an independent company in who will check everything. Disgusting how you and your team place people in danger. Oh and as far as the plumbing certificate is concerned dont get me started... apparently leaking taps is tuff luck and I must ask my 4 year old to take a pair of pliers to open the broken taps. Shame and for this work you charge a fortune. The plumber arriving stank of liquor. He is yet to come back to me regarding the taps leaking and plumbing incorrectly installed. Shame on you.
