Very poor experience, False information when asked for Quote/Reports
25 June Techno Group Compliance is the worst I have ever seen, they came in for four certificate for COC & everyting is a problem there’s 3 quotes shoved down our throat to pay almost 22 K to get COC * Plumbing is only almost 12K Gas is 3K, almost 5 K for I had Techno Group Compliance out to inspect our gas hob for a COC. Their report stated that “2 of 4 burners were not working”. I had 3rd party come and do the same nothing was wrong with anything in my apartment😡😡😡😡😡 I had the hob independently tested by another SAQCC Gas registered installer, and all 4 burners were operating correctly. I also have video evidence to support this. When I raised the discrepancy, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution. In fact the lady is thanking me for feedback 😡😡😡Because of this, I will not be using their services again and will be reporting the matter to the relevant industry body. I cannot recommend them based on my experience. Unacceptable service. The COC report claimed 2/4 burners were faulty, but an independent SAQCC Gas technician confirmed all 4 burners work fine. No resolution was offered when I queried it. I will be escalating this and cannot recommend Techno Group Compliance. Do not use them they’ll ***** your funds by lying & creating false quotes based on god knows who & what & why….. They send 2guys to do inspection while it’s a job of 4 guys😡😡😡😡😡😡🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐

Avoid using Techno Group Durbanville for CoC
Dealing with Techno Group Durbanville has been a nightmare from start to finish! I was told by the receptionist that they always try to do CoC inspections and the required work within the same day. After the inspections were done, I was told it takes 2 to 3 days, just to get the quote! Five days later they eventually came to do the work, and even though I paid as soon as I received the invoice, it took another 2 days to receive the CoCs. Staff were very unprofessional, arriving more than an hour early for an appointment, showing no respect for the occupants of the house by just barging through closed doors, and office staff ignoring e-mails and phone calls. We were told by the technician that there wasn’t much work that needed to be done, but then received a quote for more than R15000, for work that would take 5 hours to complete!! One of the light switches was wired incorrectly, and it was a mission to get them to return to fix it. We requested the old light switches to be returned, but received a box of junk from another house instead!

Please avoid if you can!
This company will change you a expensive call out fee (+/-R600) even though they are not done any work in your house! Definitely not recommended!
