********** COC certificates!!!!

We purchased a house in November 2019, since then we have discovered that the COC are a joke. They passed electrical, which should never have been passed, the biggest issue is the plumbing certificate, we had an issue today with the geyser and had a plumber come out, he said if the geyser had burst, it would not of been covered by insurance, due to there being so many issues with the solar geyser and it SHOULD NEVER of passed the COC, it is not up to code. There was other issues with plumbing that they so called fixed. STAY away from this company.
